Setup Your Adviseraide Account
To setup your account, follow the instructions in the Setting up Adviseraide Account guide. This will walk you through creating your password, adding your company logo, and entering invoice payment instructions along with other important settings.
Creating a Client
Start building your client database by adding their details into the system. Track multiple addresses and contacts for each client, giving you a complete view of their information in one place.

Creating a Case
For every service you provide (for example, student visa, work permit, citizenship), open a new case under the client. Each case keeps its own documents, notes, reminders, invoices, forms, contracts, and emails, keeping everything organised.

Prepare and Send Client Agreement
Create a reusable agreement template, assign it to your case, and send a secure link for your client to sign electronically.

Create and Send Invoices
